Description
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drawings, layout alignment, and quantity extraction.
Preparation of daily and weekly Work Done reports, project cost tracking, and management of sub-contractor and Client/Consultant IPC bills.
Site Supervision: Oversight of field execution, provision of technical instructions to sub-contractors, and ensuring work compliance with drawings.
Liaison with the Resident Engineer (RE) and Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) for technical discussions, site inspections, and project progress.
Supervising the surveyor, monitoring their output, and ensuring all field work is carried out accurately.
