WE’RE HIRING – BRANCH MANAGER | KARACHI Steeline is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to manage branch operations, sales, profitability, and team performance in the Kitchen Appliances industry. Job Details Position: Branch Manager Location: DHA Phase V, Karachi Industry: Kitchen Appliances Salary: Up to PKR 85,000 + PKR 15,000 Allowances Commission: Up to PKR 50,000 based on sales Work Type: Full-Time | In-Person Requirements Master’s Degree required MBA Marketing is Mandatory Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Branch Management Experience in Kitchen Appliances, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG preferred Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and business development skills Key Responsibilities Manage overall branch operations, sales, and profitability Achieve sales and revenue targets Lead and supervise sales and technical teams Develop strategies for business growth and market expansion Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers Monitor inventory, collections, and branch performance Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution Recruit, train, and evaluate branch employees Prepare monthly business performance reports Manage branch administration, maintenance, housekeeping, and utilities Ensure proper record-keeping and smooth daily operations Ensure secure opening and closing of the branch Benefits Performance-based incentives Commission up to PKR 50,000 Career growth opportunities Professional work environment Allowances included Office Location: Shop #1, Plot #7-C, 32nd Street, Tauheed Commercial, DHA Phase V, Karachi Join Steeline and become part of our growing team!
