Custom Boxes Production Manager Required
We are looking for an experienced **Custom Boxes Production Manager** who can manage the complete production process of custom boxes and get them manufactured from the market, particularly **Royal Park Market**, and deliver the finished boxes to our company.
**Previous practical experience in custom box production is mandatory. ** The candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of the complete packaging production process, including:
* Complete knowledge of how **printing plates are made and mounted**.
* Understanding of how **dies are made** and how the die-making process works.
* Complete knowledge of **how dies are operated/run on machines**.
* Strong knowledge of the **printing process**.
* Ability to properly **check, understand, and review artwork/files** before production.
* Complete understanding of **open box size/dimensions** and how to calculate and verify them.
* Knowledge of **where and how to purchase packaging materials** from the market.
* Ability to coordinate with vendors and get the **complete finished box produced and delivered**.
* Complete knowledge of **lamination**.
* Practical experience with **foiling**.
* Practical knowledge of **Spot UV**.
* Complete knowledge of **embossing and debossing**.
* Experience dealing with printers, die-makers, finishing vendors, and other production suppliers.
* Ability to manage the production process from **artwork/file → material → printing → die-cutting → finishing → final assembled box**.
The candidate should have real market experience, not just theoretical knowledge. They must be capable of independently getting custom boxes produced from the market and ensuring the final product is completed according to the required specifications and quality standards.
