We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate Inventory records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities:
Maintain complete and accurate financial records for the company
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
