Daily marination & proper meat handling

Handle rush hours professionally.
2. Kitchen Helper
Responsibilities:
Assist chef in cutting, marination & prep
Maintain kitchen cleanliness
Support during busy hours
Stock handling
Requirements:
Kitchen experience preferred
Active & fast learner
Responsible & disciplined.
3. Dishwasher
Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, trays & utensils
Maintain washing area hygiene
Support overall cleanliness
Requirements:
Hardworking
Clean & responsible
Able to work under pressure
4. Butcher
Responsibilities:
Professional cutting & trimming (chicken & Lamb)
Maintain meat quality
Control wastage
Ensure proper storage
Requirements:
Restaurant-level cutting experience
