We are looking for a skilled and professional Shawarma Maker who has complete knowledge of TIKKA preparation, including marination, meat handling, grilling, slicing, sauce preparation, and proper wrapping.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparing and marinating meat using authentic shawarma recipes
Operating the shawarma machine/grill properly
Cutting and assembling shawarma professionally
Preparing sauces and fillings
Wrapping shawarma neatly and hygienically
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shawarma Maker
Complete knowledge from marination to final wrapping
Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality
Punctual, clean, and disciplined
Salary:30-35k (based on experience)
