Role: Sell houses and plots, manage dealers, qualify buyers (70%); daily site visits, contractor follow-up, and tracker updates (30%).
Salary: PKR 20,000 probation → PKR 30,000 on confirmation, plus 0.5% commission on every property you personally close.
You need: Bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years in Lahore real estate or construction coordination, proven closed-deal record, strong Urdu, own bike/car, age 24–34.
