Features for Auto Workshop Software as follows:
• Customers Details:
Number Plate, Phone Number, Odometer Reading & next visit after 5000 km (only for oil change), Total, bought items, date & time. . .
• Stock Management:
Add/edit/delete stock, updating stock price, qty, image, name or categories. . .
• Saving Customers:
Through Number Plate, phone number. . .
• Searching Customers through number plate or phone no. . .
• Customers already visit alert (after searcing same number plate / phone no).
••• Billing System:
Enter number plate, phone number, Odometer (optional) but if added, it will +5000 Km as next service. Then Choose services such as oil, wheel alignment and balancing etc. Add discount (optional). After that, simply save them, print receipt, clear data or mark the customer as Unpaid. It will mark the customer RED on view Customer section. Once they paid, press mark as Paid.
If we enter a number plate or phone number which is already listed on view Customers, the system will show that Customer has visited already. Then it will save the transaction.
