Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks to optimize the CEO's time and contribute to our company’s efficiency. Salary: PKR 60,000 to 70,000. Office in one of the top locations and most popular start-up co-working space, COLABS Key Responsibilities: • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Monitor, sort, and prioritize emails, ensuring that critical communications are addressed promptly. • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO. • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion. • Assist in preparing for meetings including creating agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and meeting minutes. • Conduct research on various topics as requested to aid decision-making. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries. • Assist in managing projects, follow up on progress, and ensure deadlines are met. • Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, and inputting data as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • High level of discretion and confidentiality. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software as needed.
