Job Opportunity:Assistant Production Engineer
Location: Jhang Bahtar Industrial Area, near Wah Cantt, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Working Hours
• Monday to Saturday
• 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Production Engineer to join our machining and manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about manufacturing, mechanical design, process improvement, and engineering innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and analyze mechanical systems, components, and manufacturing solutions.
• Prepare engineering drawings and models using CAD software.
• Develop product and manufacturing cost estimates and costing analyses.
• Conduct Research & Development (R&D) to improve existing products and manufacturing processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and support production activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs and production methods.
• Manage engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including engineering drawings, technical reports, Bills of Materials (BOMs), production records, and project progress reports.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with applicable technical and quality standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
• Knowledge of machine design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience or understanding of product and manufacturing costing.
• Research & Development (R&D) skills.
• Strong documentation and technical report writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience will be preferred, but experience is not mandatory.
