Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Field Operations & Scheduling:
Ensure the daily work schedule created efficiently, analyzing site requirements and team performance.
Strictly monitor that the daily schedule is followed by all teams.
Ensure every field team shares a status update (via voice message in the "Video Bank Group") for every job, confirming if it is completed or detailing the specific reasons for non-completion.
Verify that for all completed "Earthing" jobs, all videos are submitted by the respective team on the same day.
2. Inter-departmental Coordination & Accountability:
Follow up with the Accounts & Finance team every day to get an update on pending payments.
Oversee the Operations Coordinator responsibilities to ensure he is fulfilling them without delay.
Organize and document minutes for all weekly management meetings:
Meeting with Operations: Covering accounts status, payment recovery, scheduling, and pending/incomplete sites.
Meeting with Site Surveyor & Supervisor: To get feedback on surveys, analyze faults on old Earthing jobs, and ensure the persons conducts surprise visits to evaluate labor performance.
Meeting with Sales Team: To review new projects in the pipeline, gather old customer feedback, and ensure he maintains a sales pipeline for at least 7 days.
Actively assist the sales team by providing ideas to target new customers, businesses, and sectors (e. g. , banks).
3. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and submit a comprehensive monthly report that includes:
Monthly Sales Team Performance Report
A detailed summary of all team-related problems and operational issues.
The total market recovery (payment) amount for the month.
4. Compliance & Logistics Management:
Ensure all field teams are strictly following company-issued Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct random checks on field teams to ensure all labor have their Job Cards, helmets (1 per team), and jackets.
Develop, implement, and manage a system to prevent the swapping, stealing, or losing of the Earthing teams' tools.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, DAE(With Vast Experience) Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3+ years) in an operations, coordination, or field supervisory role.
Essential: Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and assertive. This role requires holding others accountable.
