Role Description This is a full-time remote Assistant role at Compliance & Development Center Pvt Ltd. The Assistant will support daily administrative operations, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing basic reports and documentation. The role will involve coordinating with trainers, learners, and partner organizations, as well as assisting with the organization of online training sessions, webinars, and certification activities. The Assistant will help update internal databases, track participant information, and support the preparation of presentations or training materials. The position also includes contributing to routine communications, following up on inquiries, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth execution of programs and projects. Qualifications Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, document handling, and record-keeping. Proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e. g. , word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing, email, and messaging platforms). Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Basic project coordination abilities, such as tracking tasks, meeting deadlines, and supporting event or training logistics. Comfort with online learning platforms, webinars, and virtual meeting tools, or willingness to learn quickly. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, education, social sciences, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Interest in education, training, sustainability, or international development; familiarity with the UN SDGs is an advantage.
