### **ABOUT THE ROLE**
FLAIR is seeking a dynamic Assistant Editor to lead flagship interviews with Pakistan’s most influential figures—from corporate leaders to cultural trailblazers. Manage the end-to-end interview pipeline, from research and coordination to final editorial tie-ups.
### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Identify and shortlist high-profile personalities;
* Craft insightful, customized questionnaires;
* Execute proactive outreach, follow-ups, and coordination;
* Deliver professionally edited interview content & visuals;
* Coordinate with design & production teams for final layout.
### **REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field;
* **Experience:** 6 months to 2 years in features, coordination, or PR;
* **Skills:** Exceptional written/verbal communication; Strong organizational and deadline management skills; Proactive networking and professional demeanor.
