Description
Assist the Coordinator in planning, organizing, and implementing daily activities and projects.
• Maintain schedules, calendars, and meeting arrangements.
• Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
• Communicate with staff, clients, vendors, or stakeholders to relay information and follow up on tasks.
• Track project progress and update records or databases.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and resource management.
• Support event coordination, trainings, or meetings when needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
