Description
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book travel, handle correspondence (emails/phone), prepare reports, and manage office supplies.
Project/Program Coordination: Assist with planning, tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, organizing project materials, and ensuring timely execution.
Communication & Liaison: Act as a point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, clients, or participants, facilitating information flow.
Event & Meeting Logistics: Coordinate setup, materials, catering, and follow-up for internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
Data & Documentation: Maintain records, update databases, compile data for reports, and manage project files.
Financial Support: Assist with expense reports, invoicing, budget tracking, and processing purchase orders.
Team Support: Support managers, delegate tasks to junior staff (like PAs), and help with on-boarding/off-boarding processes.
