Description
We are hiring an experienced and responsible Arcade Supervisor for an arcade located in DHA Phase 4, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the arcade’s daily operations
• Manage staff attendance, performance and duty assignments
• Deal professionally with customers and resolve their concerns
• Ensure all games and activity areas operate smoothly
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline and safety standards
• Prepare basic daily reports and coordinate with management
Requirements:
• Well-educated, well-spoken and confident
• Smart, well-groomed and professionally dressed
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Responsible, punctual and capable of managing a team
• Previous experience in supervision, customer service, hospitality or arcade operations is preferred
• Basic computer and record-management skills will be an advantage
