Description
We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team at Wise Ecommerce in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a relevant field, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and eBay is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in appointment setting or a related role.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Ability to work on-site in Lahore.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and eBay is a plus.
