Closer / Business Development Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and articulate Closer / Business Development Executive to join our team for an exciting in-house B2B project. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales who can confidently engage with C-suite executives and senior decision makers across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality outbound and inbound sales calls with senior decision makers
- Close deals by confidently presenting and communicating value propositions
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Collaborate closely with the appointment setting team to ensure smooth lead handoffs
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or North American accent and strong pronunciation
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or closing experience
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with clients in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly understand products and articulate value propositions clearly and confidently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary:
- Up to PKR 100,000 base salary + uncapped commissions and bonuses
Schedule:
- 5 days a week
- Night shift: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM
