Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation logistics.
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor's degree a related field.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
