Admin Manager Required
oversees daily operations, maintenance, security, and administrative functions of commercial or residential properties. They supervise staff, manage vendor contracts, ensure compliance with safety codes, and handle tenant relations to ensure a secure, functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Operations Management: Overseeing building security, access control, janitorial services, and maintenance.
• Maintenance Coordination: Scheduling repairs, managing contractors, and conducting regular inspections.
• Administrative & Financials: Preparing budgets, tracking expenses, invoicing, and managing office systems.
• Tenant/Occupant Relations: Addressing complaints, managing lease compliance, and ensuring a positive environment.
• Safety & Compliance: Implementing emergency procedures, fire drills, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Skills
• Experience: Usually 5-7 years in facilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
• Skills: Leadership, communication, vendor management, and knowledge of safety regulations.
