Job Description:
We are looking for a competent and organized Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support overall office management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage correspondence, documentation, and coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Handle official letters, reports, documents, and email correspondence
Maintain office records, files, and documentation accurately
Coordinate with internal teams and support management activities
Ensure smooth communication within departments
Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing administrative procedures
Solve administrative issues with a proactive and creative approach
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
Good English handwriting and written communication skills
Strong ability to manage letters, reports, and emails
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
