Description
We are looking for a reliable and professional Admin Assistant to support the CEO with daily tasks and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedule, meetings, and communications
Handle emails, reports, and administrative tasks
Assist with personal and business-related activities
Be available for occasional travel with the CEO, both within and outside the city
Travel Requirements (Important):
Accompany the CEO on business trips and occasional personal travel, both within the city and to other cities when required
Assist in travel planning, including booking flights, hotels, and transport arrangements
Prepare travel itineraries, meeting schedules, and required documents in advance
Provide on-ground support during travel, such as coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and handling any last-minute changes
Be flexible with travel timings, including overnight stays when needed
Accommodation arrangements during travel may vary; in some cases, a separate room may not be available and the assistant may be required to share accommodation with the CEO. Consider this before applying.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
Flexible with working hours (5 PM to 3 AM)
Willingness to travel when required
