Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to manage daily office operations and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Google Sheets, and be able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and office records.
• Manage paperwork and documentation related to operations and exports.
• Support the operations team in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems.

• Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
