Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare daily and monthly accounts reports.
Generate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
Manage financial transactions using Zoho software.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate ledgers.
Support audits with necessary documentation.
Collaborate with finance team to enhance reporting processes.
Prepare payroll and manage salary disbursements.
Qualifications:
Certification: CA or ACCA required.
Experience: 3-5 years in accounting.
Software: Proficient in Zoho accounting software.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Zoho for financial management and reporting.
Expertise in creating and analyzing Excel reports for financial data.
Strong time management to meet reporting deadlines.
Experience in salary preparation and payroll processing.
Proficiency in auditing processes and supporting audit requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting.
Knowledge of Dubai tax regulations.
