We are looking for an honest, responsible and hardworking Account Officer to manage our accounts and site expenses.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Maintain complete record of expenses & bills of all sites
- Verify bills, vouchers & payment receipts
- Prepare daily activities report
- Maintain weekly & monthly ledger
- Record cash inflow, outflow & site-wise expenses
- Coordinate with site staff for bills collection
*Requirements:*
- http://B. Com / BBA / http://M. Com or relevant qualification
- 1-2 years experience in construction / accounts preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & accounting software
- Strong record-keeping & reporting skills
