Salary: PKR 50,000 per month + TADA (Base)
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years
We are hiring an experienced Accountant + Data Operator for our logistics and goods transport business in Lahore.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, entering daily business data, handling party ledgers, managing freight and goods-related records, preparing reports, and supporting the management with day-to-day accounting and operational documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, vouchers, receipts, payments, and expense records.
Enter and update goods, freight, challan, bilty, loading, unloading, and warehouse-related data accurately.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Reconcile cash, bank, party accounts, driver accounts, and vendor/customer balances.
Maintain proper records of receivables, payables, advances, recoveries, and expenses.
Ensure all entries are accurate, timely, and supported by proper documentation.
Coordinate with office staff, warehouse staff, drivers, clients, and management.
Handle MS Excel, accounting software, and basic office documentation professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, data entry, transport, logistics, warehousing, or goods forwarding.
Strong command of MS Excel, accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliation, and reporting.
Must be honest, disciplined, punctual, and capable of working under pressure.
Experience in the transport/logistics sector will be strongly preferred.
Salary: PKR 50,000 per month + TADA
