Description
Job Responsibilities:
. Daily bookkeeping and accounting entries
. Vouchering and filing of financial records
. Managing data in Excel and Google Sheets
. Recording transactions in QuickBooks Online
. Bank-related tasks including cash & cheque deposits
. Bank reconciliations and payment follow-ups
. Managing office-related accounts tasks as assigned
. Handling time-to-time administrative and finance tasks
. Maintaining proper records and documentation
Requirements:
. Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience
. Good command of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
. Experience with QuickBooks Online is required
. Knowledge of vouchers, cash handling, and banking procedures
. Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented candidate
. Good communication and organizational skills
