Urgent Hiring: 3D Visualizer & CAD Draftsman
We are looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer & CAD Draftsman to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D architectural working drawings and floor plans.
Create realistic 3D interior and exterior models and renderings.
Coordinate with the design team to produce accurate client presentations.
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max / SketchUp (with V-Ray or Corona).
Strong understanding of architectural layouts, elevations, and detailing.
Relevant experience or a solid portfolio showing recent render work.
Ability to deliver projects within agreed deadlines.
