1. Job Description – 3D Visualizer
Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 3D interior and exterior visuals for residential & commercial projects.
• Develop realistic renders for architecture, interior design, and construction presentations.
• Work closely with architects & designers to translate concepts into 3D models.
• Prepare material boards, lighting setups, camera angles, and detailed visualization outputs.
• Revise designs based on feedback in a timely manner.
• Maintain quality and consistency with Zindaani Corporate’s design standards.
Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, or Blender.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drawings.
• Understanding of materials, textures, and lighting techniques.
• Ability to deliver realistic and detailed renderings.
• Creative mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Architecture / Interior / Graphic Visualization preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in 3D visualization.
2. Job Description – Draftsman / AutoCAD Operator
Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations.
• Create construction drawings, working drawings, and technical layouts.
• Coordinate with architects to ensure accurate drafting and updates.
• Maintain drawing standards, layers, dimensions, and detailed annotations.
• Assist in site measurements and BOQs when needed.
Required Skills:
• Proficient in AutoCAD (must).
• Knowledge of architecture standards, detailing, and construction practices.
• Ability to convert sketches into proper CAD drawings.
• Understanding of municipal requirements (LDA/by-laws preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Drafting / Architecture / Civil Technology.
• Minimum 1–3 years of drafting experience.
