Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Airbnb Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests, maintaining excellent communication with both guests and our caretakers, and upholding the highest standards of service to secure positive reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, both before and during their stay, ensuring all needs are met.
Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise, and ensuring guests have a memorable stay.
Caretaker Coordination: Regularly communicate with caretakers to ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Quality Assurance: Visit Airbnb properties three times a week to inspect and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest readiness.
Review Management: Proactively seek positive reviews from guests by delivering excellent service and promptly addressing any feedback.
Decision Making: Act quickly and efficiently to resolve any issues that may arise, making smart decisions to maintain guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Language Skills: Must be very good with English; strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree is a plus. Candidates who are not educated need not apply.
Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older.
Personal Qualities: The ideal candidate is mature, hardworking, smart, and a quick decision-maker. They should be responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
Working Hours: On-site presence required from 1pm - 9pm.
