Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Lahore. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include responding to customer emails, online chat, and phone calls, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining thorough records of customer interactions.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Qualification's
