Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Handle order-related inquiries, complaints, and returns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely resolutions.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or call center environment (E-commerce experience preferred).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
