We are hiring a Customer Service Representative/ TSR for our telesales team in Lahore to manage/ produce sales of our product. Incumbent could respond attentively to the existing/ new customers with respect to sales.
• Has proven background in Telemarketing Domain
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels (calls/ chat).
• Acknowledging and resolving customer queries.
• Knowing our nature of work/ website inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and queries.
• Communicating and coordinating with management
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication (spoken, listening and writing) skills - English
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience working with customer support/ Telesales would be plus.
