Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Executive to handle inbound calls for our international clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently during the night shift. Students from A-O levels can work as well
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries, issues, or service requests.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Document call details accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide timely resolutions and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Meet performance targets including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Requirements:
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Prior experience in an international inbound call center is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US/UK business hours).
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office / CRM software.
