Description
We are hiring confident and energetic Call Center Representatives for outbound sales. This is an onsite role based in Gulberg, Lahore, focused on calling USA-based businesses, generating leads, and offering digital marketing services.
If you are comfortable working onsite and have strong communication skills with a passion to grow and earn, this is the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound cold calls (USA market)
Generate and qualify potential sales leads
Present digital marketing services (Social Media, SEO, Web Development and Mobile App Development)
Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
Follow up with interested prospects and manage callbacks
Schedule meetings (online and onsite) with the manager
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
Achieve daily and weekly performance targets (calls, leads, appointments)
Requirements:
Good English communication skills (mandatory)
Confident speaking and strong convincing ability
Call center or sales experience is mandatory
Positive, energetic, and target-driven attitude
Must be comfortable working onsite in Johar Town, Lahore
